vector algebra help u in EMT(u can do vector algebra from first chapter of Griffiths), matrix ,complex help u in Quantum Physics , residue of complex analysis is most important. Taylor series is evergreen, used everywhere. Differential equations help u in every part of Physics for finding the solution of equations. Fourier series too help in Quantum Physics, Fourier series important one help u in Quantum, statistical Physics... for these topics u can do HK dass(simplest book), Arfken . and for online sources, u can watch nptel lectures..

"Mathematics is the language with which God has written the universe" :Galileo Galilei , your question reminds me of this famous qoute by one of the pioneer of Physics. Maths is gonna help you throughput physics. Just adding to Abhishek's Answer , 1) Gradients , Divergence and Curl and their integration theorems is what you all need in EMT ( very very important subject for higher Physcis). 2) Fourier Transform and Laplace transform ,again a very important topic if you want to Electronics and Instrumentation Physics (which lot of Physicists do while making satellites ) 3) Singularity and Power series solution are very much used in computational Physics . 4) Partial differention ( higher physics is all about this) 5) gamma function and delta function very important for integration Skills . But don't worry about all this ,you have lot of time and it's not mandatory to do everything quick and fast ,learn slow but steady .About books ,I will highly recommend Arfken and Weber . Also I would like to say H KDASS is great book ,many will not agree with me bcz of some mistakes in the books sometime ,but it's relly good to practice question specially for those who have done RD Sharma throughout their schooling , this is just graduation version of it. best regards

complex analysis will help you in quantum, vector algebra will help you in EMT, Matrix will again help you in quantum for calculating Eigen value, Eigen vector for a given operator, Multiple variable will help you throughout the preparation for calculating Maxima, minima, tangent, Normal etc. Differential equations will be used throughout the physics in M.Sc, Taylor series' is also important. If you want to prepare for these topics by a single book, which is sufficient for jam and all competitive exams, then I would recommend Kreyszig, it's a good book for all the topics. But if you are interested in deep learning there are many sources, for vectors, do EMT by Griffith (first chapter is vector analysis), for complex number , and differential equations go for Mathematical Methods for Physicists 7ED by George Arfken, Hans Weber. rest of the topics are well covered in Kreyszig. these all books are available at libgen.is or you can search library genesis. Best regards.

for online support, you can use YouTube and search nptel videos by the name of topic, you want to learn from IIT professor .
