CaCo3 and CaO are solid constituents here. So, it doesn't involve in the k(eq) equation and hence it has no effect in the shift in position of equilibrium. option D is correct as increasing the pressure, volume decreases so n/V i.e number of moles per unit volume increases thus according to le chatilier principle the equilibrium will shift in a direction where there is decrease in number of moles i.e towards left side.
