Here h will migrate n ...because ph is stabilizing the carbocation ...and h has no effect ... p -cm

    Yes, after migration of H, carbocation is stabilized by resonance with benzene ring

    Yes positive charge is stabilised by oh group and resonance stabilised by ph group
