His, Lys , Glu don't have OH. Can they be phosphorylated?

    his is phosphorylate. Lysine  Phosphorylation of the nitrogens of Lys has been reported in some mammals, by biochemical methods, but the kinases involved have not been purified.

    Only His can be phosphorhylated to its H of ring as in attachment. Lysine and Glutamic acid cannot be phosphorylated
