    In the more stable form, there is a donation effect of ch3 group from both the sides In less stable form, the enol form is only supported by one side donating group. Here a in bigger picture the donating group plays a major role in stability.

    shweta remember, in acidic medium enols are formed so we will check stability of Alkene but in the case of formation of enolate ion in basic media we will check the stability of Carbanion
