Cut off marks change, every year, sometimes by an unexpected margin. IIT Kharagpur is regarded as one of the top IIT's for math, so obviously, you'll need good marks. Your AIR has to be somewhat within 150, or even lesser, which means, you have to get more than 60 marks. But my advice is that, you prepare well, and aim for higher marks. You can choose your preferences then.

it is depend on rank, your rank must be under 175 for selection. marks vary every year. in 2019 your marks are 53+ then you got. in 2020 your marks are 62+ then you got. marks and rank depend on paper difficulty, so we can say that is paper is moderate and your marks are 57+ and if easy then 65+ marks give chances for selection.
