    because in (0,2) there are infinite irrational numbers. so if u are taking the intersection with Q then u can't take those irrational numbers . So u should skip those points from (0,2)

    you are thinking wrong direction because it will not equal to (0,2) . it will be subset of Q

    because the set of rational number is neither open set nor a closed set

    You can think in this way also that , Since Q is countable then its subset will also be countable . And we know countable set can't be open . So given set is not open .
