    convergence of this series depends on x , so we will found R.O.C .

    sir, i want to know one thing..if roc is finite then can we conclude series is convergent

    radius of convergence is always an interval which is always uncountable. It will be finite only if ROC=0.

    example (-1,1) here is uncountable

    sir then whatever convergence or divergence we get from applying tests say d alemberts ratio test then if series converges by that test then that convergence will be only within inteval of roc what we get ??
