Sir i think we can't say iff because if limit cn and an both zero then limit may exists some cases

    eduncle-logo-app

if limit cn is given to be non zero then we can say iff

    eduncle-logo-app

we can take an= cn ={1/n} then lim an/cn would be 1 but here lim an=0

    eduncle-logo-app

if we take an=cn={1/n} then we can't say anything about convergence of bn. but according to question we find a condition when the sequence bn is convergent.

    eduncle-logo-app

when A is non zero then bn converges that's true but we can't comment on converse part that is if bn converges then A can be zero. In the question they are talking about converse part also that's why a is incorrect
