concept- alkene is electron rich compound. so it behave as nucleophile. it gives electrophilic addition reaction. i.e., E+ attack on alkene carbon. so the charge on both alkene as well aa on E+ increase the rate of EAR

    eduncle-logo-app

as the nucleophilicity of nucleophile increase or electrophilicity of electrophile increase rate of EAR increase

    eduncle-logo-app

here only alkene is given so here we will check nucleophilicity

    eduncle-logo-app

so nucleophilicity of alkene increase the rate of EAR.
