    see attachment. sometimes we have to think how our question make easy. I try to perform integral first w.r.t y and I got some difficulty in integral so, later I perform with X. I also attached my mistake so you understand why I do that. here in first integral I also make mistake that I not put value of z. wrong part is for you learn. answer is -π

    Use Gauss divergence theorem. The problem reduces to a simpler triple Integral.

    They have asked you for the flux, right? Which means you have to evaluate the double integral,(A.n), A is already given in the question. It is upto you to find out what the normal vector is, it can be calculated as well, using the region of integration given. This might be a bit tedious, so, by using Gauss divergence theorem, you can convert it into a triple Integral, and then it can be evaluated.

    Yeah, I forgot it was a paraboloid. I mistook it as z^2 instead of z.
