Prepare this topic subtopic wise. Vector analysis and Fourier analysis: a book by M.R. SPEIGAL Differential equations: a book by KREZIG for theory and for problems a book by H.K. DASS SOME OTHER TOPICS NOT FOR IIT JAM BUT IF YOU WANT TO PREPARE: Complex analysis: a book by SCHAUM'S SERIES (COMPLEX ANALYSIS AND PROBABILITY THEORY) Tensor analysis: for this topic a book by M.R. SPEIGAL. Matrices: a book by KREYSZIG.
