    in which paragraph

    eduncle-logo-app

which i attach with my ques

    eduncle-logo-app

    image of study material

    eduncle-logo-app

but u did not underlined anything

    eduncle-logo-app

full paragraph heading is limit point , and it discuss about limit (even limit point word is not used except heading) , then example of limit point , how could i know that how i find limits point

    eduncle-logo-app

the procedure is same for both take n tends to infinity.

    eduncle-logo-app

after tht if u r getting only one value then it will be limit

    eduncle-logo-app

if u r getting more than one value then they will called limit points

    eduncle-logo-app

plz take ur example (-1)^n and check by limit tends to infiny , you get inderminant form , then by apply L'hospital rule you get limit is infinity which gives limit not exist , then what about limit point

    eduncle-logo-app

basic difference for limit and limit point is "m" depends in € in limit but not depend of limit point

    eduncle-logo-app

    u should check by subsequences

    eduncle-logo-app

it is given in study material??

    eduncle-logo-app

    how many subsequences??

    eduncle-logo-app

when we talk about sin(nπ/2) we get. 3

    eduncle-logo-app

    in sin(nπ/4) we get 5

    eduncle-logo-app

    wht r u saying

    eduncle-logo-app

    about subsequences

    eduncle-logo-app

    these will repeat

    eduncle-logo-app

    but different in different cases

    eduncle-logo-app

in study material , nothing is mentioned

    eduncle-logo-app

no limit point word use (except heading)

    eduncle-logo-app

simply explain the limit point of sequence according to my attachment

    eduncle-logo-app

    download some pdf from google

    eduncle-logo-app

    see this pdf

    eduncle-logo-app

    read full pdf

    eduncle-logo-app

which is given by your team

    eduncle-logo-app

    i hv attached

    eduncle-logo-app

in study material , which i have , attach with question

    eduncle-logo-app

wrong in my attachment?? heading and inner material not match?? i think heading is limits of a sequence??

    eduncle-logo-app

    yes

    eduncle-logo-app

    that's it ,

    eduncle-logo-app

    thanks sir

    eduncle-logo-app

i found another mistake on study material

    eduncle-logo-app

thanks sir , for give a time and response

    eduncle-logo-app

    welcome

so these sequences have limit points not the limit

  • comment-profile-img>
    Satpal singh

take (-1)^n sequence or take sin(n*pi/4) sequence u will get different subsequences converging to different limits.

    eduncle-logo-app

these are example of oscillatory sequence which have more then one limit point therefore limit nor exist

    eduncle-logo-app

yes these are only limit points

    eduncle-logo-app

but where its given in material

  • comment-profile-img>
    Satpal singh

for different subsequences if you are getting same limit point then it will called limit of sequence.

    eduncle-logo-app

sir i have doubt on subject (paragraph) of material

where are u feeling difficulty? both are different. you did not marked ur doubt
