Time management is very much important in IIT JAM. The eduncle test series for IIT JAM Mathematical Statistics helped me a lot in this portion. I am very thankful to the test series I bought from eduncle.

Hybrid Identification: The preliminary identification of fusion product is done under microscope. The microscopic identification is based on differences between the parental cells with respect to pigmentation, presence of chloroplast, nuclear staining, cytoplasmic marker etc. Symmetric hybrids are defined as consisting of complete sets of chromosomes from both the parents, while asymmetric ones result from a preferential or unidirectional loss of chromosomes belonging to one of the fusion partners. Cybrids are generated by fusing nucleated cells with enucleated cells (often platelets), resulting in transfer of cytoplasmic contents of the enucleated cell, including mtDNA, to the nucleated cell. This is as opposed to hybrid cells, which are the products of fusing nucleated cells.
