Option B is correct In IIIrd there is resonance but no steric crowding...So most acidic. Acidity order will be III>II>I check this pka value

option C is correct. here NO2 shows both -R and -I effect at orho and Para compounds. so acidity of both ortho and Para compounds will be greater than meta. ortho will be more acidic than Para because of less distance at ortho position (-I)

C is the correct trend here, I think. -NO2 has strong -I and strong -M effect which operates through ortho/para positions. Electron withdrawing nature is more pronounced at ortho then para! and from meta site, only -I operate.
