If in MSQ questions, we have the option A B C and D where D says all of the above, and the correct answer is All the answers; so will we choose A, B and C as our answers and click them or should we select D option?

You should select (D ) definitely as answer. As it says all are correct & if it is the answer then. But don't worry such situation won't arise because they say that Option A has Only A& B as correct. They Will use Only words for others They won't give such options . Otherwise everyone has to be answered. If they use Only word.
