Best answer for your career is the one which in you have interest. It rather be practical and with good returns(money). Food quality management is a good option (for eg fssai) go for analytical chemistry With physical chemistry there is scope for research and lectureship. I personally never came across someone who has made it big with physical chemistry. You are the only one who can do the best for yourself. All the best
