If someone give answer in nat section in approx like if correct answer will be 10cm but someone wrote 100mm or like that can this answer consider as correct

No, that will be considered as wrong. In NAT section of JAM, the unit in which answer should be written is clearly mentioned. You need to be very precise because in answering NAT questions; if answer is 10cm and you write 100mm, that answer will be considered as wrong and you won't get marks for that. This will be wrong because, softwares check your answer and softwares can't take answer in different units even if it is correct. You should look at the units very carefully before submitting the answer.

no the answer will directly be asked in cm or mm means you don't have to put any letter there only numeric value will be putted in the dash so be careful while reading the questions and see how much decimals also they are asking and put exactly same ...

No, it won't. You should be very precise while answering. Since, 5cm has no decimal value but 4.8cm has one decimal place value; the software wouldn't able to identify it and it will be considered as wrong until JAM answer key specify a range which includes both 5cm and 4.8cm (like 4.5cm to 5.0cm)
