Time management is very much important in IIT JAM. The eduncle test series for IIT JAM Mathematical Statistics helped me a lot in this portion. I am very thankful to the test series I bought from eduncle.

Given in question, in diploid angiosperms : 'RR' & 'Rr' are red flowers 'rr' are white flowers Genetic cross in between 'RR' & 'rr' will give 100% 'Rr' , i.e., red progenies. That means probability of getting 1 red flowers from random selection of the progenies of 'RR' & 'rr' cross is 1 (i.e. 100%) So, the probability of getting 2 red flowers from random selection of the progenies of 'RR' & 'rr' cross is = 1×1 (i.e. 100% × 100%) = 1 Two decimal number will be 1.00. So, the probable answer is 1.00. I'm attaching the supporting calculation for this question. Please tell me the year of this question. And is this of IIT JAM for sure? Let me know. And ofcourse if you have still problem with this question feel free to ask me.

because question asked to select the plant whose phenotype is red. And in the population RR, Rr will be present because of the cross of RR, rr and Rr, Rr.
