    Hornfels are high T low P facies and hence breakdown of pyrophyllite will give rise to low P polymorph of Al2SiO5 i.e. Andalusite. Please see the attached figure for detail.

    both A and B can be possible but for albite epidote hornfels only andalusite option will be the answer
