In c2 atom if mass of e is doubled and mass of n is halved then the atomic mass of c'2 would be ex. sol. in c2 a = 12, p 6 e = 6 doubled 12 n = 6- halved 3 new

the mass of e is 9.1*10^-31kg and n is 1.6*10^-27kg. whereas in this question the number of e and neutrons are taken into account but not the mass why??

Atomic mass is calculated as no of neutrons plus no. of electrons...so don't be confused madhumathy😊

As you know atomic mass is equal to no of neutrons plus no. of protons or electrons....so A=n+p... mass is halved means number is halved and mass i doubled means no is doubled...because atomic mass is calculated through no of electrons and neutrons
