the mass of e is 9.1*10^-31kg and n is 1.6*10^-27kg. whereas in this question the number of e and neutrons are taken into account but not the mass why??

    As you know atomic mass is equal to no of neutrons plus no. of protons or electrons....so A=n+p... mass is halved means number is halved and mass i doubled means no is doubled...be...
