In case of trp operon in high concentration of Tryptophan the translation of A domain of trp L of the mRNA occurs fast and stem and loop is formed between domain 3-4. If the regulation occurs in the translation process, then how the Transcription is stoped?

    When the stem loop between 3 and 4 region is form then thats function as a signal for termination of transcription. the rna polymerase can't cross the stem loop and dissociate here so the rna polymerase removed and the new transcript formation is stopped.
