In spiranes , we have two rings , but in material it has one ring, other is bonded with wedge and dash type ring
in spiranes , we have two rings , but in material it has one ring, other is bonded with wedge and dash type ring. in attachment 1 , these type of rings I know spiranes . but in material it is different or similar ? i am confused in this structure .

Both are same. As carbon is sp3 hybrid so 2 bonds in plane, 1 above the plane and 1 below the plane which are represented by wedge and dash.
