    Means when internal dateline has 0 hours india will have 5.30 if it is rotating in general way that is from West to east. if roation is reversed we have to minus 5:30 hours from the International date line . so if date line has time 12 .00 then go back 5.30 it will be 6.30 Am

    If the direction of rotation of the earth is reversed then Indian Standard Time will be (– 5½ hr. ) When it is noon the time is 12:00; that will be 6:30 A.M.in place of 17:30 P.M./ 5:30 PM.
