but here they have written that third is more stable

    5>3

    eduncle-logo-app

first check no of alpha hydrogen

    eduncle-logo-app

    Then asymmetrical >symmetrical...then trans >cis

    eduncle-logo-app

5 has more number of alpha hydrogen than 3..

    eduncle-logo-app

5 and 6 structures are given same...

    eduncle-logo-app

you have problem in finding alpha hydrogen?

    eduncle-logo-app

    no sir

    eduncle-logo-app

    bhot easy hai ye to

    eduncle-logo-app

    haa

    eduncle-logo-app

yhan answer main they have written that three is more stable than fifth

    eduncle-logo-app

    structure is wriiten wrong

    eduncle-logo-app

as if 6 alpha hydrogen in 5th then there must be two hydrogen and two methyl group

    eduncle-logo-app

    yes 9 hai idhar to

    eduncle-logo-app

so mis print hai but jo bhi given ho uske according 5>3

    eduncle-logo-app

    sir

    eduncle-logo-app

why unsymmetrical alkene is more stable than symmetrical aljene

    eduncle-logo-app

    ...

    eduncle-logo-app

    unsymmetrical or asymmetrical?

    eduncle-logo-app

    yes

    eduncle-logo-app

    ok wait

    eduncle-logo-app

why unsymmetrical alkene is more stable than symmetrical aljene

    eduncle-logo-app

    see

    eduncle-logo-app

let me check for same alpha H

    eduncle-logo-app

    ok

    eduncle-logo-app

May be it can be explained by group theory but directly as we explained symmetrical is more stable

    eduncle-logo-app

In asymmetric alkenes , dipoles exist , which tend it react . However, in symmetrical ones as no dipole moment . So it is stable.

    eduncle-logo-app

And these are nearly equally stable .group theory explained the slightly more stability of asymmetric one

V >III V has 9 apha H while III has 6 alpha H. more the alpha H more is the stability

    eduncle-logo-app

shweta, i think structure 5 is written wrong

    eduncle-logo-app

The symmetric alkenes are more stable than the asymmetric alkenes because of hyperconjugation between the molecules. Hyperconjugation in symmetric alkenes is greater than asymmetric alkenes.

    eduncle-logo-app

    sir read this

    eduncle-logo-app

in answer that have written that third is mpr stable than fifty

    eduncle-logo-app

yes, i this 5th structure is given wrong

    eduncle-logo-app

    wait

    eduncle-logo-app

    check this correct question

    eduncle-logo-app

    got it??

    eduncle-logo-app

    no

    eduncle-logo-app

why unsymmetrical alkene is more stable than symmetrical

    eduncle-logo-app

    wait let me check

    eduncle-logo-app

    check this

    eduncle-logo-app

    ok

    eduncle-logo-app

    ....

    eduncle-logo-app

symmetrical should be more stable. I'm checking some references

    eduncle-logo-app

    ok

    eduncle-logo-app

    check it

    eduncle-logo-app

    shweta equally stable he

    eduncle-logo-app

practically asymmetric alkele is slightly more stable than symmetrical

    eduncle-logo-app

this is dure to better Hyperconjugation in asymmetric alkene

    eduncle-logo-app

    got it now?

    eduncle-logo-app

    gem > trans why

    eduncle-logo-app

    ??

    eduncle-logo-app

it's practically. here Hyperconjugation will be better in gem

    eduncle-logo-app

also we can check stability by heat of hydrogenation

    eduncle-logo-app

    how by heat of hydrogenation

    eduncle-logo-app

more the heat of hydrogenation more is the reactivity, less is the stability

    eduncle-logo-app

    check these HOH values.

    eduncle-logo-app

practically heat of hydrogenation se stability check ki jati he.

    eduncle-logo-app

    also check these values

    eduncle-logo-app

    check this reason check it

    eduncle-logo-app

    got ia now???

    eduncle-logo-app

yes sir and sorry for late reply

    eduncle-logo-app

    but in general sir

    eduncle-logo-app

    symmetrical alkene is stable n??

    eduncle-logo-app

    no, asymmetrical reason given above

    eduncle-logo-app

    ok sir

    eduncle-logo-app

    thanku

    eduncle-logo-app

    check this reason

    eduncle-logo-app

    sir

    eduncle-logo-app

ik data Jo bheja usne same enthalpy hai

    eduncle-logo-app

abhi vale reason main destabilise krta first ko to ignore kyin Kiya

    eduncle-logo-app

    reason smj nhi aya ky?

    eduncle-logo-app

stability of electromeric effect se solve kro
