Option (B) Dentritic cells is correct. During T cell differentiation dendritic cells present MHC to the double positive T helper cells. Dendritic cells are the only professional antigen presenting cells which have high levels of class I as well as class II MHC molecules along with high levels of co-stimulatory B7-1 and B7-2 glycoproteins on their membrane.
