Option A,B,C are incorrect. I have attached the solution. If we place some medium of refractive index n in front of one slit, then the fringe will shift in that slit direction, but here both slits are covered by water, so there will be no net shift in fringe. Best regards.

answer : when the whole setup is summerged in water , due to increase in refractive index , the wavelength Decreases which decreases beta ,but there is no shift . option A,B,C are incorrect.
