    If f(x)= k ,where K is constant f is neither increasing nor decreasing ,if x is there in f then only Increase or decrease happens

    the function which is both monotonic increasing and monotonic decreasing , is constant function . So constant function is monotonic .

    neither increasing nor decreasing.....this is constant function...... monotonic function means either increasing or decreasing or constant
