No, Heave and Throw are horizontal and vertical components of dip separation. Strike slip and dip slip are horizontal and vertical of net slip. More specifically, heave and throw are horizontal and vertical components of dip slip.

    1. No dip slip is a slip movement of a fault in a inclined fault surface parallel to the dip of that inclined surface.and the vertical component of that dip slip vector is known as throw. 2. In fact throw is gap/length calculated in a vertical manner between to earlier closed points. 3. Heave is the horizontal component of the dip slip vector. 4. Strike slip is also slip movement parallel to the strike of the fault plane. 5.In a strike slip fault there is no throw. and heave is it self the strike slip length.
