    Not possible...rather meta substituents affects the regioselectivity of reaction. Claisen rearrangement is [3,3] sigmatropic rearrangement

    Not possible. only ortho and para possible. Actually here 3,3 sigmatropic rearrangement takes place and for this allylic group must be present so there is no possibility for allylic position on meta position
