    For Mol Bio Lehninger is good enough. Don't refer so many books. 1-2 good books are more than enough. Keep faith on your preparation & focus on revision more. Pathfinder too is good enough & you Must practice MCQ on Daily basis pe atleast once per 2 days. It Will boost your confidence & concept building.

    One more thing I will suggest you that for Immunology topic you should refer Kuby's Immunology as direct questions are from there. If you have patience & time then you Must go through it. Or atleast the important picture ,images & tables shown in them. They are of utmost importance.

    See now like last year they made very simple paper. You should also look for which IIT is conducting the exam. It gives a lot of hint like what level of difficulty of paper Will come. Of for say it's IIT Bombay then it would be very easy & very basic questions whereas if it's IISc Bangalore then it would be Difficulty level.

    I suggest for such topic consult books like Pathfinder & don't go in too detail. But Prokaryotic Gene Expression you should thoroughly go through the Lehninger & understand the concepts behind them well.

    Yes you should priortize like that. For Biochem & Molecular Biology Topic you should refer Lehninger but only as reference. Don't indulge too much. Keep Pathfinder as your main Guide book.

    Mostly questions come from Prokaryotic Gene Expression. Very few have been from Eukaryotic gene Expression in recent years. There are 2 things to keep in mind :- 1) For knowledge purpose you should atleast go through them once. Keep in mind the basic things & the concepts. 2) But for exam purpose you should focus more on Terminology & logic behind occurence of the activities & experiments associated with them. So for sole purpose of clearing & scoring good in exam you should focus more on Prokaryotic Gene Expression. But if you have enough time then you Must go through Lehninger for the Eukaryotic part .

    sir i am very confused with things like how deep i have to go into the topics because in reference books the things are given in very much depth so can i read only pathfinder and our material for only to clear this exam will it be enough or do i stay with reference books?
