option 2 [Pd(pph3)4] and [Ni(CO)4 ] both have sp3 hybridisation so tetrahedral structure so isostructual both have same electrons i.e., 18e so isoelectronic

here we check valence electron...?can we consider total electron.. ??

    eduncle-logo-app

valence or better you say effective atomic number

    eduncle-logo-app

if we consider total electron than option 3 complexes also isoelectronic... ??

    eduncle-logo-app

    consider valence electrons
