    5! is correct answer as for first row you have 5 choices then for second it's 4 choice similarly for last one you have no choice

    see this. this is permutation question. for first 1 you have 5 choices in first row. whatever you choose. once you fix a position so for the second row you will have only 4 choices bcoz you can't choose the same column where you have put first 1 in first row. for third row you have only 3 empty position successive do this answer will be factorial(5). 5!
