    W1 contain xi=0 when 4|I so in (X1,X2....x100) 25 place value zero and 75 non zero so dim(W1)=75 W2 contain xi=0 when 5|I so in (X1,X2....x100) 20 place value zero and 80 non zero so dim(W1)=80 dim(w1^w2)=80+75-100=55
