Just find the density by usind density formula in solid state. Because in frenkel defects there is no change in density

    check this shristy

    eduncle-logo-app

if schottky defect is given thn

    eduncle-logo-app

then U have to find Znew in this case

    eduncle-logo-app

then putting new Z value in density formula
