Melting point of lipid increases as chain length increases and vice versa. So, the mp of lipid is directly proportional to the chain length. Further, unsaturatuon/ saturation also affects the mp.

degree of unsaturation k directly ya inversely or saath m iska fludity k saath kya relation h ye bhi or melting point k saath kya

Saturation means presence of double or triple bonds ( and loss of H atoms). More no. of multiple bonds in a str., more will be the saturation, less will be the unsaturation, hence, the mp will increase, since more energy is required to break a double/ triple bond than that for a single bond. Hence more the unsaturation (lesser the saturation), less will be the mp. Hence unsaturation and mp are inversely proportional. More the saturation (double/ triple bonds), less will be the membrane fluidity. So, mp and fluidity are inversely proportional. Fluidity and saturation are also inversely proportional. Saturation creates kinks in the membranes, hence decreases fluidity.

melting point ka aisa koi formula nhi hota h kya mp= chain length/ degree of unsaturation

There is no such formula. It is structure dependent.
