Explain me 2nd case in detail with graph and all things.

    Just Remember in Amphers law RHS is current enclosed inside loop. In earlier case I is flowing through whole conductor but in later some current is flowing outside the loop r < R. so you find current density I/ Area , and then multiply it by area of your desired loop. Remember current enclosed by loop matters ,it contributes to Magnetic field, current outside the loop is of no use. Wishes.
