You can follow different book for different part of the modern physics. For quantum part best book is 'Introduction of quantum mechanics' by Griffiths. For relativity part you can follow 'Introduction to Special Relativity' by James H. Smith. If you want whole topics in a single book then you can try... “CONCEPTS OF MODERN PHYSICS"- ARTHUR BEISER, SHOBIT MAHAJAN AND S RAI CHOUDHARY”

Author Robert Resnick , special theory of relativity, these topics are covered in just 2 chapters of the book, and e copy of book is available on internet. for quantum portion you can follow D.J Griffith for Nuclear Aurther beiser is appropriate for you Wishes.
