    Answer: Mole% of SiO2 in Albite = 75% Albite is NaAlSi3O8. In one mole of Albite, there will be- 1/2 mole of Na2O 3 moles of SiO2 1/2 mole of Al2O3 Total number of oxides moles = 1/2 + 3 + 1/2 = 4 Mole % of SiO2 in Albite = [ (number of moles of SiO2) / (Total number of oxides moles) ] = (3/4) × 100 = 75%
