    ok. see the value of a is given as a=0.245×10^-5 atm×m^3/mil which is not in SI units. First your have to covert it in SI units. we know that 1atm=1.1×10^5 Pascal. So a=0.02695 Pa×m^3/mol. Not put this value of a in Tc,you will get the answer.
