A monotonic function is a function which is either entirely nonincreasing or nondecreasing. And  A NON-MONOTONIC FUNCTION is a function that is increasing and decreasing on different intervals of its domain. this Function is increasing in n£(0,1) and decreasing in n£(1, infinity)
