    Most stable carbanion is CCl3- due to pπ-dπ back bonding. Chlorine belong to 3rd period so it has d orbital. But in case of CF3+ and CCl3+ CF3+ is more stable due to pπ-pπ back bonding i.e from flourine to carbon. In CCL3- back bonding is from carbon to chlorine
