no. of glucose units in amylose ? Google give answer 300-400 Morrison Boyd - 1000-4000 ks verma ( jee advanced ) - 300-3000 please explain.

    300-3000 but in many literature it is also writen that Amylose consists of a linear, helical chains of roughly 500 to 20,000 alpha-D-glucose monomers linked together through alpha (1-4) glycosidic bonds so consider 300-3000 as right option is it is there
