    Yes, B can be answer. Emplacement of igneous rocks and long exposure (unconformity) will lead to erosion and formation of pebbles of non-sedimenraty rocks. So, non-confirmity can be marked by zone containing pebbles of non-sedimenraty rocks.

    Nonconformity can be identified by looking at beds below and above the unconformity plane. Nonconformity is the unconformity plane in which igneous rocks are overlain by sedimentary succession. So, by looking at the above and below the unconformity plane the nonconformity can be identified easily. Erosion of igneous rocks will lead to the formation of non-sedimentary pebbles overlain by normal Sedimentary rocks.
