    here only 5 alpha H. because bridge H doesn't involve in Hyperconjugation as after Hyperconjugation alkene is formed and according to bridts rule alkene at bridge heat position doesn't exist

    We have 6 alpha H in total. But, we'll only consider 5 here. Because bridge head H won't participate in Hyperconjugation much because double bonds at bridge heads are extremely unstable.
