    could you please explain E for Ions and reaction with chemical equation ?

    like NaCl--> Na+ & Cl- so here E=2 one for ions and one for reaction ..... kindly accept my answer

    all are in gaseous phase so the number of phase =1 and number of components =2 [C=N-E ] C = number of component N = number of species E = number of ions{for ions- 1, for equilibrium-1 , for reaction -1 } so , C = 3-1 = 2
