    Dear student, the shear modulus of rock is not given in question so this question is quite incomplete. Please refer to the sheet of moment magnitude formula attached. However, I have solved the question by considering average shear modulus (3 x 10^11 dyne/cm2). Please see the attached solution.

    0.049m/yr is the answer it actually varies because of the formula varies little put 10.7 insted of 9.1 and see what the result comes
