    Vijay, after differentiation you can easily see that order is 4 because d^4(y)/dx^4 is present and degree is the highest power of highest differential coefficient. for example when you solve d/dx (y^2) , you get 2y dy/dx. similarly here also, due to chain rule, d^4(y)/dx^4 will also have power one.
