    o-Nitrophenol will have lesser dipole moment than p-nitrophenol. This is because of resonance. During resonance, OH group will be electron donating group and will carry positive charge, where as nitro group is electron withdrawing group and carries negative charge. In ortho isomer, the vectors due to OH group and Nitro group are aligned at approximately 60 degrees and in opposite directions, whereas in para isomer these vectors are alligned at 180 degrees but in same direction. The resultant in para isomer is by direct addition whereas in ortho isomer the resultant is less due to angle of 60 degrees.

    because of NO2, it pulls electrons towards it due to -I effect. As the angle increase, dipole increase so order is iii>ii>i
