it's mainly depends on 1,3- diaxial interaction. less the 1,3-diaxial interaction, more is the stability of compound. equilibrium shift forward direction if product is more stable for which 1,3- diaxial interaction will be less and k will be more In case of D there is less 1,3- diaxial interaction in the product so k will be high
